We sua sponte withdraw our opinion dated April 3, 2002, and the attached opinion is substituted therefor. Appellant has filed a pro se motion for rehearing in this case. Because appellants motion was untimely, we strike the motion. Additionally, we note that appellant is represented by counsel. If appellant wishes a motion for rehearing to be filed on the substituted opinion, we direct that appellant seek to have his appellate counsel file said motion on his behalf. Appellant shall have fifteen days from the date this opinion is issued to file another motion for rehearing.
